Some general questions we would like to answer here to you first:
How long does the dispatch last? Usually we send the articles away within 1-3 working-days. The pure dispatch within Germany lasts additionally approx. 2-3 working-days. In the case of supplies abroad the dispatch can last up to 10 working-days.
How I can query my ordering & dispatching status? In your Account you can see the current status.
With which parcel service are the articles sent away? We send all articles away with the German Post AG.
Is there a Tracking number? Smaller orders are sent away as a packages. Therefore there is no tracking number here. Larger orders (starting from approx. 15 pieces/ as well as on request) we send as a packet. In this case, you can experience the tracking number from us.
My order does not arrive after more than 6 working-days. If the delivery address lies within Germany, than please contact us. If the delivery address lies outside Germany, then the delivery can be need up to 10 business-days.
The package pack damaged one delivered. Communicate the damage please to the parcel service. If they are no longer seizable, then please open the package and check the articles for outward damage. If these should be damaged, then contact us.
The article/ the softtoy is damaged. We are sorry about that! If the article is still new and not by human effect one damaged, we will exchange it naturally for you. Take up for this please with us contact.
